The High Court of Cassation and Justice operates in two buildings:

      • a building, public property of the State, administered by the High Court of Cassation and Justice, located at 25 Batiştei Street, District 2, Bucharest, which is the main headquarters of the Supreme Court;
      • a building, rented by the High Court of Cassation and Justice, located at 2 Octavian Goga Boulevard, Section I, District 3, Bucharest, which constitutes the secondary headquarters of the Administrative and Tax Litigations Chamber, the Economic, Financial and Administrative Department and the General Archive. The rent for the secondary headquarters of the Supreme Court is 3,600,000 lei/year.
  • Financial resources

In accordance with the provisions of Article 20 para. (4) in Law no. 304/2022 on the judicial organization, the High Court of Cassation and Justice is financed entirely from the state budget.
